The spring renewal retreat is part of a “four seasons retreat series” for leaders, consultants, facilitators and coaches, a time out moment 4 times a year to tune into ourselves and get back into our energetic balance.
Spring is a time of phenomenal renewal. The earth reawakens and explodes with new life.
Spring stands in the sign of being refreshed and preparing for a soulful debut. It's about sewing new seeds, contemplating health as well as physical and emotional well-being. These are exactly the themes we will focus on during the retreat.
The Mountain Retreat Center offers 16 comfortable rooms, 7 of which are single, the other 9 double rooms (single usage is possible). 2 single and 3 double rooms have a private bathroom, the other rooms share bathroom facilities. There is a dining room, a nice lounge area, a large yoga room, a smaller group room, a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view and an array of beautiful nature to explore.
We will enjoy energizing food and drinks. The food is vegetarian and is always freshly prepared for us from seasonal and regional produce.
This retreat involves yoga, meditation techniques, nature walks, some light physical exercise, individual tasks and small group tasks, sharing insights and stories, learning from each other and time for personal reflection.
We will be inside and outside during the program. Generally we invite you to bring casual clothes that you feel really comfortable in.
